    I was under contract on a home that had prior foundation repairs to the front about 20 years ago. I asked Krista to do an inspection separate from the home inspector. Krista was awesome and really knew her stuff. She found that the back corner of the house was now sinking and out of tolerance. The homeowner had the company who previously did the work come out and they found only minor sinking. The two companies recommended different fixes at different costs. Risen said to level it basically, and would need interior and exterior piers. The other company said only exterior and half the number of piers. We hired a separate structural engineer to do a full report to decide what would actually be needed. That professional said the same thing as Risen: the corner was sinking and out of tolerance and the best fix would be leveling the structure with interior and exterior piers. The homeowner wanted to do the cheaper, ill-advised fix only so we backed out of that headache. All of that to say if I'm ever in need of foundation work, I would absolutely trust these guys to be honest and do the right thing.

    The questions I had for her from the estimates to the process of the breaking ground. I was very nervous and had anxiety. I am so glad we chose this company to work on our pride and joy our home. The crew Joe, Juan Osman, Jorge, jorge, Mayron. Great group of guys. Hardworking and courteous I was even asking them questions regarding what to expect when the lucky begin etc. We have had other foundation companies that came to look at the home to give the estimates but I had a bad feeling and I always go with my gut feeling. Thank god I did because these guys cleaned out home like it was their home and took pride in it. Now our home is sturdy and now is flat and not lopsided !
